Bio
Tara, born and raised in Auburn, Massachusetts, moved to NYC at the age of 17 for musical theater training with big dreams of being an actress just like all the other cocktail waitresses in New York. After 7 years of Dinner Theater and touring the country in numerous productions she found herself in Miami beach for a two year vacation from acting while employed at the Hotel Victor on Ocean Drive, however if wasn’t long until the natural born entertainer inside her was ready to hit the stage again, only this time on the West Coast.
Tara, now residing in Los Angeles and loving every minute of it, has spent many hours now in hosting, on camera, improv, scene study and commercial training. She is most proud of the hosting show that she produces, writes and edits herself using final cut pro. The show is called I’m Just Sayin and you can see it at http://JustSayinShow.com.
Other recent credits include All My Children, Double Wide Blues and she starred in the production of Strip the Play in West LA in the Spring of 2010, which led her to fall in love with the art of pole dance after some pretty intense training at Allure and BeSpun dance studios in LA. She now was 2 xpole’s in her home and teaches private and semi private lessons.
Tara is very much looking forward to her upcoming years in LA as her career is blossoming into something she always dreamt it would.
